Prop Firm Quiz

Six questions, one honest answer: which of the 31 prop firms that survived our vetting actually fits how you trade. No "top 10" listicle ranked by commission size — the scoring is the same math for partners and non-partners alike.

Data verified June 2026 · 16 futures · 8 forex · 8 crypto · 11 stocks firms

Six questions. 31 vetted firms. Zero firms that vanish with your payout — we keep those on a separate list.

How the matching works

Your market, account size, and US availability are hard filters — a firm either offers them or it doesn't appear, and US-based traders never see firms that won't take them. Budget, drawdown style, payout priority, and fee model are scored against each firm's verified numbers: cheapest real entry cost (evaluation plus activation), drawdown mechanics, time to first payout, and maximum profit split. The result is a match percentage, not a sales pitch. Once you have results, you can re-sort by lowest entry price if cost outranks fit for you.

Every firm in the pool cleared the same vetting we apply across the True Cost project: payout proof, real funding history, and no exit-scam fingerprints. The 17 firms that failed are documented on the firms-to-avoid list — we name names so you don't have to find out the hard way. For raw side-by-side numbers, the comparison tool and current discount codes cover the rest.

Prop Firm Quiz FAQ

How does the prop firm quiz score its matches?

Market and account size are hard filters. Budget, drawdown preference, payout priority, and fee model are scored against each firm's verified data — entry cost, drawdown type, payout speed, and profit split. Affiliate partners get no scoring boost; the disclosure on the results screen explains exactly how links work.

Why isn't a firm I know listed in the quiz?

Only firms that passed our vetting appear. Firms with payout failures, exit-scam patterns, or unresolved red flags are excluded and documented separately on our firms-to-avoid page. If a firm is missing entirely, it may simply not be covered yet.

How current is the pricing and rules data?

Every firm record carries a verification date, shown on its result card. Pricing is rechecked against official firm sites and the True Cost pages, most recently in June 2026. Prop firm terms change frequently — always confirm on the firm's site before purchasing.

Is this financial advice?

No. The quiz compares publicly available pricing, rules, and payout terms for educational purposes. Funded trading involves substantial risk, and an evaluation fee is money spent whether or not you pass.
